i am trying to add normal food in for a few meals.. i can't just eat these frozen dinner.. after a while i don't like the looks of them.. so .. last night i had a hamburger.. only half bun.. with pickles and lettuce and a salad..
i have been a bit lax on taking my blood sugar.. i forget to do it two hours after meals
this weekend i will stand on that stupid fucking scale.. i hope i will be down a bit more..
i am always hungry .. husband is helping . he tries to bring home food i don't like..
I took leftover ham and chopped it small.. added half of an apple chopped small and onions and somce diced cucumbers.. with a hint of mayo.. it was tasty and no carbs..
OMG i just took my blood sugar...102!!!! that is normal !!! first time !!! hot damn.. i can do this..
