I decided I'd research some natural, non ingested ease for sinus problems, and it led me to some interesting techniques. I tried one where I placed each index finger on the inner corner of where my eyes and nose meet, just below the brows, and held them there applying light pressure for a minute. I was skeptical and laughing but a little before the minute was up, I felt some clarity. Shook. The second technique had me look ahead then line my index fingers up with my pupils, then pressing them on either side of my cheek area that fell in a straight line with my nostrils. Same 1 minute with light pressure, and I could breathe and not struggle at all. Shooketh. I love, love, love these techniques, especially when they work. So for the next however long it takes to feel fully unclogged, I'll be fingering my face.
