Today's the surgery for Baby Boy. Up early, so as not to make him late. Hope he's already up and showering for preparation. i'll take him some deoderant. Hope he brushes his teeth. I'll brush them for him, if I have to!
That is one child who simply did not care that his Mother's livelyhood is spent making sure that people's hygenic needs are met. He has allowed himself to be a stinkbomb on many occations. With yellow teeth, at that! Maybe I'd better get to his place earlier than I initially planned...
BiggMamaZ may have to be firm with this 21 yr old man. Hopefully, this will be my only challenge, for today. All the rest, I can deal with...but not a stinky son. I may have to give him, maybe a forgotten wake up call..."you dirty son of a bitch!" That's always an eye opener! Usually, he'll laugh. I'll never understand why. Following that will be..."do I have to wipe your arse myself? You M F'er?" Usually he roars in laughter with that one...That's also when he'll take the soaped washcloth from my hand as I approach him....Sometimes, I think life would be so much simpler if children had dentures until they could be trusted to independantly brush their teeth. Guess maybe I'll just prepaste a toothbrush, before I go over there...Hmmm, He's 6'1", 250lbs, I'm 5'...Still no contest-I'll have my way with him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, what else is new? Here it is 2200, and i'm just getting home...he will require another surgery. His leg was fixed/locked in a flexed position...now it's extended and a mobilizer applied to keep it that way...additional OR is needed to make this a permanent fix....something about different equipment needed to avoid hitting the nerve when the staple is secured to the still torn, but now in place, miniscus...Took Baby Boy a long time to wake up, causing us to arrive too late to get any mix up cleared with the Workerman's comp regarding prescription costs...so, once again green cash solved the delemma. Didn't help that my favorite drug store had had two of their three scheduled pharmacists to call in sick....
Amazing how voicetrous complaining people are as they talk into their cell phones after being told they have to wait an hour before their prescription may be filled.....they use profanities talking to loved ones on their phones...i know there's a law or something against that! No profanity on the tele....At least, not on "Mah Bell's" lines....hmmmm-maybe there is something good with a monopoly.... |
