Here it is 3:04AM. I was looking at an article about a couple celebs getting fired, went on to another article with 12 Tell-Tail signs of getting fired, and found that it suggested googling my name. No, my name was not specifically within the article! I'm glad I did, because, it is humbling to discover that I am a nobody, a nothing...(just like He said), but more interesting than that-my eldest graduated West Point and with his name is Mrs J...! I swear, the woman he married a week after graduation (during his last year there, she divorced her husband and gave up her son by him) is a gold digger of more ill repute than I ever could have imagined! Geesh, I am the one that bred and born the SOB, as well as having to sell my mini-mansion to make ends meet a little better rather than to have him get a job to minimally help out with bills! So, it was quite a punch in the nose to see her listed for such an honour. Oh well...let lying dogs lie-whatever in the world that means! All I know is that's what my divorce lawyer said about his father..."let lying dogs lie!" I did not know what that meant in 1994, and I do not know what it means today, period.
Spoke with a friend during work break today, and she plans on applying where I work at. I think tomorrow, I'll tell her to write down the name of another friend as being the one who referred her to the place. That will be another $3,000.00 received over the next three years for her. She will no doubt still be employed there. I may not be...perhaps I need not have read that article about The Twelve Signs...!
Spoke over the phone with Lady Kay, after work. She sounded fine and did invite me over to her place, come Thursday. That will be a nice re-union, after not having visited with her for nearly three weeks. I just do not relish the thought of going over there to vacuum. Instead, I will stop at a laundry to pick up a few bags to collect up her soiled articles to make ready for another of my sister's (not the retarded one) to carry there, come Saturday! I look forward to this treat. |
