|‘Ghost Adventure’s’ Nick Groff new show ‘Ghost Stalkers’ on Destination America|
November 24, 2014
With “Ghost Adventures” going into season 10, (first lock down is the Queen Mary), and the show possibly slowing down to the final season; Nick Groff has a new paranormal show.
Entitled “Ghost Stalkers” the show revolves around two men who went through a NDE, (near death experience). Some believe that an NDE results in coming back with some psychic abilities, like seeing ghostly portals, etc.
Actor Chad Lindberg, best known for his roles in the Fast and the Furious, October Sky, and Supernatural among others, nearly died at seven-years old and has since possessed a sensitivity to paranormal activity. Renowned paranormal expert, author, and investigator John E.L. Tenney was brought back from the dead at age 17 and has dedicated his career to learning more about what’s beyond the white light. In GHOST STALKERS, Chad and John seek the answer to what’s on the other side using state-of-the-art paranormal investigation equipment and conducting their own solo overnight explorations in America’s most haunted places, including a 200-year old Tennessee plantation never-before featured on television and a small-town Georgia hospital that doubled as a funeral home….(redcarpetcrash)
There are other shows that deal with the Paranormal. “Ghost Hunters” being the grand daddy of the genre. Destination America also has another paranormal show entitled “Ghost Asylum” in which a few guys try to actually catch spirits to rid paranormally charged places of their haunts. (deep sigh)
Dead Files is still on The Travel Channel. The show can be dry sometime, but it has its moments.
A Haunting is back for another season, but if you blinked, you missed it. It started Aug 1 and ended Sept 7.
Ghost Inside My Child producers say they are planning on a season of 12 episodes. They have sent out a call for families with children who have past life memories. You can contact them at email@example.com
That’s about it. The age of the paranormal TV show is coming to an end. At least there is always DVD. There are also ghost tours in almost every big city. I’ve done the San Francisco tour and it’s fabulous.
“Ghost Stalkers” premieres Oct 19 on Destination America at 10 p.m. PST.
