|Getting Back to It|
July 1, 2012
Amazing what 17 hours of dozing, a couple thousand mg of ibuprofen, and a luke warm shower can do. I almost feel human after the brain drubbing headache I had yesteerday. I am enjoying a quiet moment at Mickey-D's for some breakfast and thoroughly enjoying their AC. I will have to get back to the house and pursue some serious packing to get back on track as well as keep EP's bitching at a minimum.
I still want out of here so very badly but I am feeling a little melancholy. Lilliputt, the kitten I fought to keep alive last summer, came to see me this morning. He' no longer the frail little puff of fuzz that he was. He's now a 10 pound bruiser of a katten just shy of his first birthday. He founmd me in my office chair and jumped up in my arms for some attention. He was rubbing up against me and purring like a motor as I petted him. I wish I could take him with me but my mother already has two indoor/outdoor cats and my boy has been an indoor cat. I am not sure he would survive long in the boonies, either getting run over or munched on by a coyote. Better he stay here, but I am going to miss him and the affection he gives.
Well, I better get back to it. More later if time allows.
