UNCONVENTIONAL WEAPONS AND WORLD POWERS
When taking into consideration the new "Cold War" between the USA and Russia, certain things need to be taken into account. There are other weapons of a more unconventional
nature that both countries probably have that are worth examining:
1. Anti-Matter Maser:
This is a device that uses copper and quartz crystal arrays that have had the polarity reversed; to create not ORGONE but rather DOR: "Deadly Orgone Radiation." This is
a maser that generates and directs beams of antimatter/ energy at a target. The paradox is, is that when fired, the trajectory is backwards due to paradoxical direction,
which is like moving backwards in time. The target gets obliterated with anti-matter/energy from the inside-out, and the beam returns to the device firing it...
Because the target is in effect destroyed before any beam is discerned, defense against this weapon is impossible. Although using a regular maser beam plasma
vortex that is at the level beyond inverse-mass, can create a hole in the space/time field that can absorb the beam and neutralize it by having it go into another
2. Particle Beam: This can be done by spinning metal ions in a vacuum tube as close to the speed of sound possible. It is also important to make sure that the ions have
no reflective capacity whereby their interactions with light could slow them down. Then the metal ions are fired out of the weapon with geostatic/physical repulsion.
The beam starts out as a weak field, but grows by drawing into itself an immense amount of geophysical and ionospheric debris. Eventually the debris can reach millions
of metric tons and be the size of a city. It then grows too heavy, and crashes into the ground with the force of a large asteroid, releasing a megaton/kiloton nuclear-
like explosion, although afterwards there will be no radiation, because fission was not involved. (Clean Explosion)
3. HAARP: The ELF arrays heating and/or changing the molecules of the ionosphere to either create moisture, radiation, or heat, can target enemies with drought, storms,
lightning attacks thorough hyper-electrification of clouds, etc. Also plasmas in the ionosphere that could fry power grids, in the same way as a low-yield nuke exploded
in the atmosphere, which is in fact now to mention it, another terrible weapon, and almost impossible to stop.
Of course there are also biological and chemical weapons etc.
You also have lasers that can be mounted on satellites etc. The particle beams and masers depend on gravity to work, as the particle beam needs gravity to land and
explode. And an anti-matter beam in space with no gravity would reverse the polarity and cause an explosion at the source.
You have these other elements of the arms race.
This may lead to preemption as policy, in that an attack would be more likely to work sooner than later, in that the more time that goes by, the more innovation, and the
harder it would be to neutralize these weapons.
