That Felt Good
November 11, 2013

Happy Vets Day to those who have served this country and helped to preserve our freedom. I salute you. I have my grandpa on my mind today also. He was a WWII vet.

Dave and I went shopping yesterday! We left the house around Noon, stopped at this little diner by the courthouse and had a quick breakfast. For the first time EVER, We went to the Grove City Outlets. Now I can see what everyone was talking about. The place is MASSIVE. There was at least 10 tour buses from Canada there. Finding a parking space was nearly impossible. I cannot believe how many people were there. We hit all the stores that Dee asked for gift cards from. I almost had a heart attack when I saw the Under Armour store. I literally grabbed Dave by the neck and ran in. Dee has been begging me for 2 years for something from this place!!! I got her and Noah a hoodie. Im so EXCITED just for her to get that. The Nike store.. OMFG.. I could of spent the entire day in there. I love Nike, its the only kind of shoes I wear. I got Jake this gorgeous pair of Nikes for $50!! I cant wait till income tax time, I'm going back and getting me a few pairs.

We were there a few hours, we had a blast going in and out of the stores, buying what we wanted without having to worry about the prices for once. We headed back toward home, stopped at Tim Horton's for a cup of coffee and a donut. Yep, I INHALED a peanut butter cup donut. I think I earned it. I've been doing good! It tasted AWESOME! We stopped at walmart, picked up layaway I put in for Bry and Wy, did some more shopping. Ordered pizza for the kids and headed home.

My friend Jane (who's a journaler here)lives in Australia, I contacted her last week about maybe ordering a pair of Ugg boots for Dee, because they are so expensive here and Dee has been wanting UGGS forever. She gave me a few sites that I could buy them from and she would send them to me. But, Dee being the stuck up brat that she IS, didn't like any of them. She spend the entire day on the sites and couldn't find anything she liked. She was stuck on this pair of purple sequin ones, which I thankfully found on ebay for $129 and $12 shipping. So I just bought them. THAT was the last of the big items for these kids. Now I can just focus on getting smaller, less expensive stuff now. I'm so excited and looking forward to Christmas this year. Getting that loan was the best thing I could of ever did.

At the moment, Dave and Jake are at my Mom's house. We still think the water pump is going in the van, so Paul said he would change it out for us for $50. So for everything to get it fix only cost $100. I pray its NOTHING else but the water pump.

I'm off today, so I'm JUST going to relax, and enjoy myself. for once.
