My notes on working through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Day to day of what I think about, what I want to say out loud, but can't. Things to reaffirm my actions and reactions.
This journal is about my journey with medications and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to correct various symptoms caused by chronic anxiety.
I will mention my fiance, Ryan, my daughter, Brain, and my therapist, Acorn.
I may also mention my puppy, Pipe, and various other people whose names will not be disclosed for their privacy.
